Adult General Psychiatry

The Adult Outpatient Program offers outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for individuals 18 years of age or older, utilizing telehealth services. Our provider is a psychiatric nurse-practitioner who is skilled in treating persons with a wide variety of diagnoses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, anxiety disorders, sexual dysfunction, autism, ADHD, memory and cognitive impairment problems, and adjustment disorders to life stressors.

We provide psychotherapy for problems involving relationship difficulties, trouble coping with stress, trauma, problems with substance abuse, anger management issues, and LGBTQ-related issues.

The frequency of appointments depends on the individual's needs, the severity of symptoms, and the frequency of medication management visits with the psychiatric nurse practitioner.

We implore the use of shared decision-making to develop your treatment plan by collaborating with you.  Your progress toward goals is regularly assessed in treatment, and objectives are updated as needed.
