Four Simple Steps

Step 1
All patients seeking MMCC certification must register with OneStop Maryland, complete the patient application, and receive your patient ID number.
Get Certified- You’ll need a working email address that you can check during the application.
- Upload a scan or photo of your US government ID and something that shows you live in Maryland.
- Also upload a recent, clear photo of yourself, like the one on a passport.
- Provide the last four numbers of your social security number.
Step 2
Complete our HIPPA compliant Mental Health Baltimore Patient Health Questionnaire to make sure we can provide you proper care based on your needs.

Pay your medical cannabis provider certification fee. Payment is due before you schedule your video visit with the provider.

Schedule time with meEligibility Requirements for Maryland Patients
In Maryland, residents with a physician’s recommendation for medical cannabis to treat qualifying conditions can register as patients with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC). Non-Maryland residents receiving medical treatment in the state are also eligible for registration. Registered patients can identify up to two caregivers, aged 21 or older, who must register with the MMCC and can purchase and transport medical cannabis on the patients’ behalf. Minor patients must have at least one caregiver, who must be a parent or legal guardian.
