Pediatric and Adolescent General Psychiatry Outpatient
The Pediatric & Adolescent Outpatient Program offers psychiatric evaluation and assessment, as well as diagnosis and care for children and teens ages 5 to 17 with behavioral symptoms, and emotional and developmental disorders.
Mental disorders among children are described as serious changes in the way children typically learn, behave, or handle their emotions, which cause distress and problems getting through the day.
We provide treatment for an array of mental health concerns in pediatric and adolescent patients like anxiety and depression, behavior or conduct problems, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic-stress disorder, autism, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and gender identity-orientation related issues.
